Oh the weather has been absolutely glorious the past two days. Griff and I went to Burlington Saturday so that G and I could actually go to a friend's party sans child. That was refreshing. I haven't seen some of those people in over a year or so. That's just wrong...but the weather! It's actually warm and sunny, as in not a cloud in the sky. What that does for the mood. Burlington is so fabulous in the warm and sun. I drove around today to check some areas out and to let Griffyn fall asleep after some heavy duty park play (slide, swings, mini rock wall, other rambunctious children) and it was so nice just to look around and feel it out. I still feel that the Old North End is where we're supposed to land. There's just something about it. There was also this incredibly funky house perched on a hill overlooking the lake on this absolutely adorable side road. It wasn't for sale, but who knows...manifestation can work wonders. The road reminded me of ones you find in ocean towns. It's a good place up here. But the high school! It was enormous! I don't have to worry about that now. I was also able to hang out with my dear friend, Tanya, who I met through karate. There was the mention of me possibly opening up a dojo up here and she literally bounced up and down. That made me feel good. I still feel that is a possibility as well, but I need to get the sensei's permission and just haven't had a chance to talk to him (he's not mine, but the one who devised the system I practice). All in good time. That's not something that would happen right away anyway since I just don't feel quite ready to dive into teaching others martial arts. There's still a certain amount of belief-in-myself in that respect that I need to work on before that happens. Anyway, what a day!
I've been seriously considering chopping the hair into a cute bob. I love that style and it looks so cute on me, but I'm not sure if I can do it. I'm also going to check out other glasses since these hurt my ears and nose too much. Ach, the desire to change it manifesting itself outwardly, watchout!
