movin' on
Turkey repeat was just divine. Very cozy with just me and Griffyn, mom and dad, sis and her two kids and hubby. The kids made this great fort under the pool table. I used to love forts as a kid. We did it all the time. Maybe that's what our house should be. I've always loved the adult tree houses that are actual houses. But what if the tree dies....

Griff and I are off to Westford in a few hours. I'm going to try not to clean my friend's house, but I'm not going to make any promises. It's not all that bad, but the corners have been neglected. Maybe he will finally get into decorating as well. It's all very stark and uninviting. But some people like that. At least paint the room in warm, juicy colors instead of tans. Yuck. I really shouldn't be so judgemental, but I'm sensitive to that kind of thing. Smells and sights.

Griffyn and I were in bed until about 8 am this morning! Unheard of. Good thing since I was up later than usual (11:30 pm) watching the Battlestar Galactica movie. So good!!! That show is just amazing. It's the new adventures, not the one's from the '70's, which are also loads of fun. I'm such a sci-fi geek. I'm also looking forward to "The Golden Compass". If you haven't read Philip Pullmans trilogy, His Dark Materials, of the "The Golden Compass" is the first book I highly recommend them. They are written for the young adult crowd, but they are a fun read. When that movie comes out Geoffrey and I will have date night!!! Very long overdue.

Mmmmm, fresh scrambled eggs with potatoes and onions. The best breakfast. If only I'd had some green peppers...
