short and sweet
I'm thinking that this will most likely be short and sweet. My body isn't feeling that great today and my brain is a little fried. This will happen when you take an intensive weekend bodywork class. I'm not surpried at all that I'm feeling yucky today. The week has been crappy and top that off with bodywork that will shift your body and all the emotions stored in it and you're bound to be a wreck when it's all over and you can just relax. Now I just want to go home. Griff and I are still in Burlington while Geoffrey is working, but I'll be going home when he get's back to his mom's place this afternoon. Then I can watch "Heroes" and go to bed all alone and sleep the entire night. Ah, that will be oh so lovely.
