Thank you's and my weekend
I want to thank you all who have sent me warm fuzzies about doggie. Things are definitely on the upswing. Smooches to all!!!
This weekend I took this phenomenal bodywork class that completely rocked my world. I'm not going to go into it right now, but it basically centered around how to look at the body and determine where the dysfunction in the tissues lie. Absolutely amazing!! I will never look at people the same way ever again. Go take a peek at anatomytrains.com. This type of bodywork will rock your world and then some. Structural integration. It's where I belong.
Anyway, I'm feeling very overwhelmed and tired so this will not be a long entry. I almost wasn't able to make an entry today and was very upset about that, nablopomo and all. My first time! I can't miss a day!
